When we receive a gong bath, the sounds disperse the out-of-tune areas of our body, aligning our energy. The physical characteristics and alloys of the gong, along with the handling of the mallets, generate sound waves, vibrational frequencies, and harmonics with significant effects on the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic aspects. I have used the sound of the gong in my therapies to induce relaxation, lead to mental silence, deepen meditation, and increase vitality.

During the session, the sound of the gong releases trapped emotions and discordant energies, allowing for deep relaxation and the release of concerns. By listening to a variety of sounds, auditory capacity develops and limiting thought patterns are broken. The gong is an excellent tool for holistic healing, allowing for transcendence of conflicts and opening of the body's energy channels. During a gong bath, brain frequencies decrease, immersing us in theta and delta waves, promoting natural healing and creativity.

 

The gong encompasses the entire sound spectrum, and during a bath, brain frequencies slow down, facilitating relaxation and healing. On a physical level, gong vibrations are felt intensely in the body, but ultimately, most people experience peace and happiness due to the received energetic cleansing.
